it look wicked yes - dougs wooooow...I mean WOOOOOW...This is a great shot. I don't know whether to give all the credit to you Bill, or if Alia is making the shot this awesome...She's looking amazing!!!...The cropping, the contrast, the subtle color, the model — everything is on point. Once again, BRILLIANT shot. - Allan - allancoleblog.com The picture is amazing. I saved it one time. Damn, you buss big !!!! Love it ! - Dr. Daryl A. Daley " Look me in my eyes tell me what you see "
Man the camera looks like its attempting to capture the true essence of Alia, so deep. Quite a captivating shot. - SHERi THe photographer has amazingly captured the essence of Alia - the blossoming of womanhood, and yet still the vulnerability of the girl. Excellent shot! Magnificent subject! No common marble at all! - Margie Look at my girl!! You look so great Al!! Great shot! Wait! Is that mascara I see?! Haha! - Yori I'm very far from being an expert on photography, but I know a pretty face when I see one. :) - A. Nugent I am the Marketing Director at The Manhattan Mortgage Company where the very talented graphic designer "side" of Alia has made itself known while my regular designer is on maternity leave. I was honored to have been included in her email distribution giving us the link to this amazing portrait. Bill, you are extremely talented - this is a beautiful shot of Alia...what a brilliant work of art! Best wishes to you - you are a great photographer! - Carolyn Z. Now it is so easy to be transfixed by her in this picture. The blurry world aside she looks straight at a body and with a brow that belies a concern among the peace of her smile. It feels like this is a woman who when she asks how you are, is really interested in knowing. - Boo - http://www.xanga.com/Boowasborn Sooooo preettttyy!!! I love everything about this photo. Alia looks beautiful! Great work Bill! - Emily - http://www.emilymolloy.blogspot.com love the photo al.....how did this guy find you to take the pic in the first place? This is really an innovative project - congrats to Bill and thanks for this beautiful moment in time of a beautiful woman! - Carole Thanks, Bill, for bringing out the loveliness that is my sister. She's so magnificent, and you've beautifully captured her fabulousness.
Thanks, too, for bringing us your gift, and for so kindly highlighting and promoting the gifts of fellow artists. Fantastic job!
Love you and am proud of you, A-boo!!!! - Zahra I don't know alia, but as for the photograph...the colors are just stunning! That dusky rose and sage background against the cocoa brown in her hair and skin...it's so soft and mature. Beautifully done! - molly
I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
