This is a statement and a portrait. To me it says, "I'm here, can you dig it?" Then again, I could be totally wrong. I guess I'd need to see him live. Nice job Bill. - Alexander This is a picture I absolutely LOVE!! - Laura - http://www.lauravink.nl Usually I'm not a fan of this much negative space, but it really works with the composition here. I love the B&W, it really brings out the shadows. - AL This is great - a different style to most of the portraits here. I really enjoy seeing you adjust your approach to allow the subject's personality to shine each day. - Lauren - http://lauren-phillips.com/blog This looks like somthin' out a magazine... Very different. Nice. - Mary Dan's face is really bold and seems like a comic sort of drawing. I like how his face connects to his comedian background, but I can also see him as the no-nonsense sort of guy. - Danielle Ngo I really like the way his expression dares the observer to question the "comedian" status. - Ritchell I love all the negative space and the subject's position in the photo. Fabulous. - Eaglefille - http://gonzaga.facebook.com/profile.php?name=28206276 Beautiful pics! - Fubiz - www.fubiz.net Is he laying down or standing up?
I like it! - Elise - http://elise.ownbeys.com/ this one is AMAZING. on so many levels. a fav for sure - KB
I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
