Tlaloc Rivas - Theater Director, Political Activist / Theater Row July 18, 2007
ohh this is just gorgeous. and you really have made him look theatrical: it reminds me of those classic photographs of stars from the 1930s and 40s - Olivier, Orson Welles, et al - especially the way the light falls on his face. beautifully done :). - andrea - www.andreamann.com Wowee wow! This is easily one of the best yet... (do I say that a lot? Well, you get better every time!) A classic style pose (right on andrea!) but best of all is the face. The expresion, the looking off to the side.... Three cheers! - Dan (the first one) - http://studyhumannature.blogspot.com/ Great one!
His name is the name of the God of the rain (Tlaloc, for the Aztecs, that is). - Julio Cesar - http://jcesarmo.wordpress.com No words! Excellent!

Nice. - nuno handsome guy...never ages - Janet Johns Beautfiul picture!! Nice lighting. So nice to see Tlaloc in his true element :) - Chandra Cogburn - www.chandracogburn.com This may be my favorite--the lighting on his face is breathtaking. - Tif Bill - it was a pleasure working with you. I wouldn't hesitate to hire you to document my future theatrical endeavors. May our paths cross again soon ... - Tlaloc - http://tlalocnyc.blogspot.com/ He seems to me like he's searching the theatre muses for the next idea. He's connecting to a timeless and ageless idea of entertainment and imagination. This picture inspires me to write a short story all of my own!
--Bravo! - Kate Kennan
I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
