Lauren Grant - Dancer, Mark Morris Dance Group / Brooklyn Museum October 28, 2007
GREEN!!!!! Love it! You are the best! - Ela awesome - you got her! :) - Eran Bugge Such beautiful rich greens in the grass, which provides such a good contrast against her blue jeans. - Andrew - www.twosittingducks.com i like the perspective here - Daniel Krieger - www.danielkrieger.com life! - samsplanet Weird, but awesome. I love it. - Amy BLUE!!!!! yeah- nice motion capture - csd Now this one I do like. She is exuberant and dancing and happy. The lines and the placement of the dancer make the picture. Good shot. - John Andrews I like how Lauren bursts out against the movement of the background. A triumphant, effervescent escape/explosion from the force of the speeding, receding, concentric lanes/lines. A bullet shot out/across a speeding bullet train. Lauren looks great-you captured her joy. I also like your abstraction of color (a simple range, but lush), emphasizing motion and energy-apropos your subject, a dancer. Being her sister, I know her well; the theme of triumphant movement against a torrent, (that I see), makes an astute observation/illustration of your subject's story. - Robin I really like this one. Lauren looks positively jovial, and she has picture-perfect form. Well done as usual, Bill - Diane This is fantastic! Lush, pretty, delightful. - Seth One word. "Incredible".
Fantastic composition. Very creative thinking and the colors and lines are fresh and stunning. VERY well done.
Dave Marcotte - Dave Marcotte - www.provideolighting.com Absolut phantastisch!
Absolutely phantastic! - Mac Man Very zen. I like it! - James Curtis Smith - http://www.justjames.org
I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
