I love the colors... the chair and the books look like from some long times ago... the light behing his head looks pretty cool too... what I can say, another great photo, Bill. - Ela Makes me want a library room w/ a window & chair! - buckycatt Aww, Geoff looks so full of character. He seems like a cool guy. This a good picture, Bill. Very pretty colors and setting. - Amy Been following the site since January! Had to comment, love the expression, sort of like he's caught right before a laugh. Also, I used to live in NW1! Love that you're getting some Britons in on the 365 project. Hope you enjoy London! (Makes me miss it a lot -- I'm hoping to see portrait in one of the parks). :) - Michelle i can tell you're in another country becuase there isn't as much blue. LOL - csd One of my favourite writers met one of my favourite photographers! Well done. - martha This portrait is a happy memory one. I had forgotten from where this image came. Thank you for making it. I thought of a story and called it "A Comfortable Chat" and this was the man in the story in my mind. Never wrote it out. But this image is there. It does evoke ease of conversation and laughing. Very nice. I think there is something in this picture that creates a dialogue, perhaps that is why my head made one up. - Boo - http://www.xanga.com/Boowasborn
I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
