I'm sorry!
I'm sorry!
I won't ever do it again! - John Andrews lots of personality in this one. at first it seems like a fairly simple shot, but when you look at the eyes, there is so much going on there. also, if that's a mood ring on her finger i'm sure it's a lively color everyday! - story - prettylittlemess.wordpress.com you got it 'john andrews' :-) :-) - samsplanet thanks bill! this was actually fun although you wouldn't know it to look at me. - shawn - http://birdonthewire.net Very intense. Kinda reminds me of HS geography teacher, brings bad memories... The photo itself is good, I love the lighting and it is so sharp. I just wish it didn't look this posed. - Ela i'd stay after school to pound erasers with her... without question. thank you sir, may i have another. - muse Shawn, I was only kidding when I said "I'm sorry!" The comment results from Bill's ability to capture the emotion of the character in his pictures. He is really good at this and it is important for portraiture. I'm glad you had fun, but the image is stern, but not angry. I wondered what you would think when I made the comment.
Best,
John Andrews - John Andrews I love the black & white tones, the angles of her body, the way she fills the frame. and such an intense look! your large format shots have such texture and detail and tone. - zed - http://www.zaedryn.com If she were a rabbit, she would be a Disapproving Rabbit, to be sure. - csd Excellent b& choice. I like the expression and the frame ! - Victor Puig - http://www.flickr.com/photos/45street
I'm Bill Wadman, a New York-based photographer who after completing my first 365 Project, and then a weekly 52 Project, took it upon myself to shoot and post one portrait every day of 2007. Each photo was taken that day, and each day was a different subject. Some were be in the studio, some in the wild. Hopefully they are all interesting.
